Bought this as a cheap smart TV and that is what it is. Very good value but my 20 year old Sony (non smart) has picture quality nearly as good. Some features are annoying - font size on program guide is way too small, also no picture when viewing the guide. Occasionally loses sound on some channels and I have to power off and on at the socket to get them back. I paid £200 as a refurb with 12 months warranty so I'm satisfied with it.

I already have an oled Samsung 4k tv in the house, that has an amazing picture and full connectivity to our phones etc. The Panasonic was bought for the gym, so not our main tv. I was very impressed with the quality and value. No it's not quite as good as the Samsung but that was 6 times the price! The tv was grade b because the box was damaged, absolutely nothing was wrong with the actual tv, not a mark on it. Incredible value for money.
