    Faulty product

    I purchased this item and as soon as I plugged it in to the wall and turned the socket on (which my shaver was not plugged into at the time) it blew up right in my face. I messaged the staff and all they could say was what model is your shaver. My model shouldn't have any thing to do with this as it wasn't plugged into my shaver, repeated messages to them and thats all i got "what model is your shaver. The item is so dangerous, just imagine that faulty adaptor didn't blow up there and then my and I left it on and into my shaver it could off started a fire. And they didn't even offer a return off payment.
