"Needed For A Project"
I was disappointed when tree arrived a bulb had blown, so got in touch with customer services who replaced the tree right away.

"Nice Little Tree, However Gets Glitter Everywhere"
Was delivered with another purchase so box was complete crushed and top of tree was exposed. Switch for turning the lights on is at the bottom on the side. Good little tree only problem is the glitter comes off everything you touch it.

"Very Disappointed"
This looked lovely in the catalogue so I ordered one. When I opened it the base was broken and one of the wires had become detached making it inoperable. It was also much lighter than I expected and would have been easily knocked over. Sad really as it did look nice. Customer services very nice and offered me a refund.
